Rydym yn Ysgol yr Hendy yma i'ch helpu i gadw'ch plant yn ddiogel ar lein. Cymerwch amser i ddarllen y wybodaeth isod a rydym yn eich cynghori'n gryf i ymweld â rhai o'r gwefanau a thrafod y mater yn fanwl gyda'ch plant. We here at Ysgol yr Hendy are here to help you keep your children safe online. Please take time to read the information below and we strongly advise that you visit some of the websites and discuss the issues with your children. It's important that we all follow these rules every day in school and at home.

The Grwp.com has been formed in order to upskill the staff and pupils of Ysgol yr Hendy and to develop their digital competence.

Mae'r aelodau hyn hefyd yn gyfrifol am hyrwyddo'r neges o e-ddiogelwch yn yr ysgol a'r gymuned leol ac i sicrhau bod disgyblion a staff yr ysgol yn ddiogel ar y we.
These members are also responsible for promoting the message of e-safety in the school and the local community and to ensure that the school's pupils, staff and parents are safe on the web.
Mae'n hanfodol i addysgu ein disgyblion am ddiogelwch ar-lein. Mae ein disgyblion yn aml yn cymryd rhan mewn gwersi lle mae materion diogelwch ar-lein yn cael eu hamlygu fel y gallant wneud penderfyniadau am gadw eu hunain yn ddiogel tra ar-lein. Mae ein Swyddog Cyswllt yr Heddlu hefyd yn ymweld â'r ysgol yn aml i arwain gweithdai E-ddiogelwch gyda disgyblion yn CA2.

It is vital to educate our pupils about online safety in a 21st Century school. Our pupils often participate in lessons where online security issues are highlighted, so that they can make independent decisions about keeping themselves safe whilst in the digital and real world. A Police Liaison Officer will also visit the school to support the learning within the classroom, and to ensure that the appropriate safeguarding messages are shared with the children and staff.

Hwb:
Hwb yw’r platfform dysgu digidol dwyieithog a ddatblygwyd gan Lywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer holl ysgolion gwladol Cymru. Darperir cyfrinair i bob dysgwr ac athro i Hwb er mwyn iddynt allu cael mynediad i’r asesiadau personol statudol ar-lein. Mae llawer o wasanaethau ychwanegol di-dâl eraill yn cael eu cynnig trwy gyfrwng Hwb y gellir eu defnyddio yn yr ysgol a gartref yn cynnwys Microsoft Office (e.e. Word, Excel, e-bost Outlook), Google G Suite for Education, Encyclopaedia Britannica, Just2easy, Flipgrid, Minecraft: Education Edition ac offer ac adnoddau addysgol perthnasol.
Hwb:
Hwb is the bilingual digital learning platform developed by the Welsh Government for all state schools in Wales. Every learner and teacher is provided with a login to Hwb in order to access the statutory online personalised assessments. There are many other free additional services offered through Hwb which can be used in school and at home, including Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook email), Google G Suite for Education, Encyclopaedia Britannica, Just2easy, Flipgrid, Minecraft: Education Edition and other relevant educational tools and resources.
